MORE SPECIFICALLY LOCATED ABOUT 33.9 MILES NORTHWEST OF THE FORT LAUDERDALE-HOLLYWOOD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, AND 32.7 MILES WEST OF THE MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA. Note: Based on a site field visit on 10/19/10, the benchmark was observed to be damaged by Bryan McCloskey. Benchmark observed to have significant cant -- appears that it was perhaps struck by an airboat, etc. Not recommended for use in analysis. Images show the damaged benchmark markers (benchmark is below water and grass).
